As a member of her town's council, advocate for bicycle paths, and designer of programs to promote public dialogue, Connie Crockett has always fought for southwest Ohio. Twice elected to the Yellow Springs Village Council, Connie was an instrumental proponent for the Little Miami Trail, which has sparked solid economic growth in the district and throughout southwest Ohio for the past 17 years.
A native of Pittsburgh, Connie has lived in southwest Ohio for the past 35 years. After earning a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Dayton, she raised two children while committing herself to a life of public service. Connie has served on regional planning commissions and a council of local suburban governments. For the past decade, Connie has focused on citizen public engagement as a program manager for the Kettering Foundation in Dayton.
Connie enjoys community life and distance bicycling. She is married to a locksmith from Springfield.
